Phase 1 consolidates the casting lifecycle into a single platform built on Cloudflare and Supabase.

One profile per performer, maintained over time, with one-click submissions and in-platform audition booking.

Where casting happens

Unified workspace across the three territories. Filterable global database, AI-assisted matching with inference inside the platform's trust boundary, per-project pools, evaluation, replacement search.

Where decisions get made

Scoped, time-bound shortlists for internal creatives and external partners. Feedback flows back to casting. Final cast lock-in.

Where contracts close

Offer through executed contract handled natively, retiring the standalone contract automation tool.

Underneath all of this

Azure AD SSO, role-based access with territory and role scoping, audit logging, GDPR-aware data handling, encryption in transit and at rest.

Migration

Existing data migrated as part of Phase 1. Cleanup tranches sized in the first two weeks of the engagement.

Security thread. AI inference runs on Cloudflare Workers AI inside Cloudflare's network. Performer data never crosses a third-party model boundary. Encryption, role-based access, audit logging, and GDPR-aware data handling are designed in from week one.

The team that runs the working sessions in week one is the team that ships in week fourteen and stays through Foundation Care. There is no handoff between scoping, building, and operating. An established bench supports UX, additional engineering, and PM capacity as Phase 1 progresses.
